Bioplant Hokitika New Zealnd Limited is formed.

Bioplant Limited has this week completed the incorporation of Bioplant Hokitika NZ Limited, setup for a waste to energy project in South Island Hokitika.

Hokitika is a small town in the West Coast region of New Zealand's South Island, 40 kilometres south of Greymouth, and close to the mouth of the Hokitika River. 

A waste to energy facility will be built at Humphrey Gully Road, Hokitika, South Island, New Zealand, processing municipal waste generated by the towns population.

Global Green International Investments (GGII) is a 24% shareholder in Bioplant Hokitika NZ Limited and will act as EPC Contractors and O&M providers for the project.
