Bioplant is incorporated in Australia. 

After several months of negotiations between Global Green International Investments (GGII) and several key stakeholders, Bioplant Ltd has been incorporated in Australia.

With a 55% stake in the Bioplant company, Global Green International Investments (GGII) has agreed to allocate an exclusive licence to Bioplant allowing the company to use Global Green International Investments (GGII) technology in Australia, New Zealand, Pacific islands and PNG.

Bioplant already has several waste-to-energy projects in the pipeline and will commence liaisng with key partners to make their proejcttion come to fruition.
